WHEN OUR CRAFT BREWERY GOT IT’S START
Sean, founder, and brewmaster at Black Bottle Brewery grew up in Fort Collins and has continued to dig his roots deeper and deeper into the area over the years. Sean, now has his hands full with his two beautiful daughters and the daily operations of the brewery. As for Erin, another key aspect of our brewery, she has her hands full with all the above, including Sean.

LFirstly time here and so far all good impressions. Really large craft beer selection, something for everyone. Place overall is clean and chill, music is good and not blasting. Beer to go as well and they fill growlers. Ordered pizza and very delicious, will be visiting again.

Crisp beer, tasty food, and a good ambience— what more could you ask for? The poutine is worth ordering! It came with a ton of gravy and cheese, and was a fair portion for the price. Service was prompt but not overbearing. This place is definitely worth checking out! They did have a few ciders available for those who don’t like beer.

Apricot Sour is delicious. Plenty of food choices and great small bites as well. Can’t wait to try more of the menu. Really liked the pork and brisket tacos!
